I upgraded from a 55 to a 125 a few years back.  what i did was set up the
125 added my substrate and some extra dry rock.  I then added some green
chromises and fed them very well for the next month or so.  Then i
transfered the contents of the 55 to the 125.  I did not lose anything at
that point.
