I would set up the 90 and mix all new water with all pumps running.
Then 3 or 4 days later swap about 50% of the water out of the
30 wait a few days and then do it again. Then I would proceed
to start setting up the 90 with any new live rock, sand etc.
then once that has cured ,which should not be a long, I would
tranfer any items from the 30.

Hey folks,
I am upgrading from a 30 gallon to a 90 gallon. I want to try
to do this
with as minimal cycle as possible in the 90 gallon. The tanks
can be set up
and run at the same time as they will be in different locations.
Any
suggestions on how to do this quickly without creating a mess
or dead
animals.
