Hey Steve
Live food is better than frozen, frozen is lots better
than flake or dried. Variety is the key. I feed mine
about 6 frozen commercial brands as well as my own
homemade stuff (sort of "Prime Reefish" but with lots
of nori and Selcon added). I don't feed every food
every day--in fact it is all in small cubes that are
all in the same bag, and I grab randomly from the bag.
Over the course of a week they get everything.
