Variety is the key. Make sure that at least one of your foods is an
omnivorous formula (with algae). Formula 2 is a good one. The veges are an
essential part of all the fishes diets and it is important to get them in
there. Selcon is also a good supplement. You can soak the frozen food in it
for a half hour or so and then add it to the tank. That will help insure
that they get their vitamins.

        Live food is better than frozen, frozen is lots better
        than flake or dried.  Variety is the key.  I feed mine
        about 6 frozen commercial brands as well as my own
        homemade stuff (sort of "Prime Reefish" but with lots
        of nori and Selcon added).  I don't feed every food
        every day--in fact it is all in small cubes that are
        all in the same bag, and I grab randomly from the bag.
         Over the course of a week they get everything.
