I get mine at the LFS, but I think most mail order places do carry it. You
may try calling a couple of them or looking em up online. It may be easier
to get now that it is as popular as it is.

Variety is the key. Make sure that at least one of your foods is an
omnivorous formula (with algae). Formula 2 is a good one. The veges
are an
essential part of all the fishes diets and it is important to get
them in
there. Selcon is also a good supplement. You can soak the frozen
food in it
for a half hour or so and then add it to the tank. That will help
insure
that they get their vitamins.
