You are letting too much carbon dioxide into the reactor.  Reduce your CO2 
flow rate.  Another option is to reduce the pressure coming from the CO2 
regulator.

A way to minimise the problem if it occurs every now and then, place your 
water exit location at the top of the unit so that any excess CO2 can leave 
with the water exiting the unit, rather than build up in the reactor unit.
