Do you currently have a sump? If you do I would replace the current sump
with another one that has a refugium already built in. Or if possible just
modify the current sump with some more partitions redo the plumbing. With a
large return pump, I split the drain so that it reduces the waterflow through
the refugium by half. If that doesnt help look around for some websites of
other peoples set ups and design what fits your needs.
