I'm paranoid enough to not trust off-site storage of any primary  
documents. If I can't touch it or see it right in front of me, I don't  
like it. At least when talking about primary storage of documents.

Let's not even bring up password storage, personally identifiable  
data, sensitive legal documents, files with family members' photos,  
identifiable information, medical records, etc. Sorry, not gonna  
happen. That sits on my hard drive so if I need to, I can pull the  
drive and seal it in a secured space.

Let's not even start with reliability of the network... The Cloud is  
only as reliable as your uplink to it.
