Personally, I've always had great luck with Rackspace's customer service in both consumer and enterprise level accounts. I use Dreamhost for my personal hosting and love them. They're fast, cheap, tons of features, everything seems to work like a charm. But I can't really speak for their customer service - hardly had to use it - but when I did, they were fast and knowledgeable. They have hilarious monthly newsletters, too :-)
