Sounds good. I would like to hear also. I also hope that there can be
a focus beyond legal because there are admin and marketing issues.
When I taught the Street MBA that I created for ACC, I always brought
in a lawyer, accountant, admin, and I talked about marketing when we
discussed formation. That was because all these parts of the business
are impacted by formation. You might want to consider bringing in a
panel. I think you will find they disagree radically which makes for a
lively session.
