Web Builder is really sweet http://www.blumentals.net/webuilder/
the Html version might be a better fit if you're only doing html stuff though

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a good, open source HTML editor that I can view docs in both html and in design mode (where you view the actual document as end users will see it)?

I tried BlueFish but it didn’t show the design mode, just html.

I am using it in conjunction with an event registration system to view, edit confirmation emails that are primarily text with a few logos.

Thanks!
