My fellow Refreshers:
Having grown up in Austin, the Zilker Park Trail of Lights has always been special to me. We moved to Austin in 1968, the first year of its existence, and I've been every year since. I can't imagine a holiday season in Austin without it. I think I recall hearing that the budget for this was $750,000 per year. I know there has to be 750 tech companies in Austin who would be willing to donate $1,000 a year to keep this Austin tradition alive. So, I have two questions: First, can we put a poll up on the Refresh site to quickly catch the pulse of this question? and Second, would Refresh Austin be willing to create an account at a local bank where those of us who ARE interested could donate? I'd love to see feedback from my fellow Refreshers!
