I've been using the Pro membership on Sortfolio for about 3 months now
and it's brought me some pretty high profile (and paying) clients. I
actually used it when it was called haystack. The $99 a month listing
is totally worth it in my opinion.

Another awesome locating services that's just popped up is Interhoods:
http://sanfrancisco.interhoods.org/ - They don't have Austin yet but
their slowly expanding.
