I've always heard great things about Braintree from the developer standpoint, 
but it looks like $110 per month is the minimum you're going to pay with 
them... that seems a lot steeper than going through a provider that uses 
Authorize.net.  Although, I only know the typical fees for Authorize.net, and 
not the fees associated with the merchant account itself.

Did Braintree seem comparable to other options on a price basis?
