Chad, I use Lawyer's Aid Service Inc -- I think it is closely affiliated to UT. They do all kinds of services for lawyers and business owners. It's $100 annually for the non-profit that I run. My non-profit was registered in a state other than Texas, so I *must* have a Texas registered agent and an agent where the business was filed. I believe in Texas, you also can simply have a Texas-based person be the agent, brother, sister or friend. Which will save you some cash! http://www.lawyersaidservice.com/
