I have tried to get some feedback from them (and so has Scott) when to expect this update however there is no expected date. In theory we could be waiting forever, but in the end it will show up somewhere in time when the patent claim is either approver or rejected and this could take up to a few years (i’m not a patent expert though). If you look at the current status of the patent claim it is in an appeal state after a rejection, so anything can happen during the appeal phase. The only reason not to include it is to move forward as we are currently stuck for over 230 days. Hope this clarifies things. Gr, Rik
