Hi Jim,

I have reviewed the new charter, which appears to be a completely new document 
rather than a revision of the existing text. This is not a major concern but is 
probably worth noting for others in the WG who might try (like I did) to run 
them through “diff” to see the changes!

I support the change of emphasis from narrow standards-track extension 
coordination to ongoing maintenance and operations of EPP and RDAP. Work such 
as transport protocols for EPP, maintenance of RFC 3735, and of the IANA 
registries, should be in scope for REGEXT, so these are positive changes.
