Follow-up Comment #4, task #3094 (project admin):
Oh sh*t! I hate cluttering my source code with a 20 lines long header just to
satisfy the unjustified requirements of the FSF (FSF never tell *why* is it
necessary to copy/paste this blurb).
Anyway, if that can speed up the process and let me *write* and *release*
*free software* code, I'll do that. (sigh)
