Hello,

Currently the scripts are installed in a documentation dir in the default
case. I think it is bad, either they shouldn't be installed or they should
be in the PATH. Not installing them at all seems to me the best thing to
do, packagers should know when and how to install them on their
platform.

If they are really to be installed they shouldn't be installed in
$(docdir), but in a directory specified as ./configure argument: they
shouldn't be mixed up with the html api documentation.

Not all the platforms have a profile.d, and also elektraenv.sh won't
work nicely on all the platforms (solaris sh don't have functions,
for example...) so I think that elektraenv.sh shouldn't be installed
in the default case, this is something that should be taken care of
by the packagers, on a per platform basis.

Regarding docs, installing the api documentation in html in the default
case is something that isn't done in most of the project I know, I think
mostly because there is no standard location for such documentation,
nor integration of html. But I think it may stay like this (if $(docdir)
isn't used for scripts anymore).

Thoughts?

Of course if you agree, I'll do the required changes...
