There was no need to "construct" these opinions (the non-racism of the
interment) in any particular way. Rather it is those who ignore these facts
who I believe are trying to "construct" a case for racism as the motive
behind the interment.
Well..it WAS that evil right wing reactionary Earl Warren, then Gov of California who was one of the men behind the internment. It's just a shame they couldn't keep that evil conservative off the Supreme Court, along with that evil racist Hugo Black, who was (unlike REH) a member of the KKK in the 1920's........
