Hi Ed,

I tried to have a look at the code to try to implement what we discussed
concerning the generic format... However, I'm a bit confused and would
prefer to let you do it...

Is that right for you ?

Thanks for proposing me to implement this, but I'm still not an expert
in python and algorithmics and this seems a bit too much for me right now...
