That's good to hear. If you encounter any other problems, please feel free to report these. There is also a convenient bug tracking system for relax located at https://gna.org/bugs/?group=relax. Old bugs can be seen here if the "display criteria" are changed. As for the modelfree4 binary, this is not an issue at all. The test suite failure was just because the test was too stringent for both modelfree4 binaries, but I'll fix this. Both relax's and modelfree4's operation is perfectly fine. > 2. when i ran the test suites usinf the new relax binary ( in the new > relax1.3 directory), i get a failure ( FAIL: Test the use of randomised > RDCs to find the alignment tensor) and multiple errors. can you take a look > at the output file in the attachments. This is code I'm currently implementing. All 3 failures/errors are because of unimplemented code. Unless you are using RDCs for a Lipari-Szabo model-free analysis, this shouldn't be a problem ;) > 3. Also when I issue the relax command , i get the following error. > >> relax > > ImportError: relaxation curve fitting is unavailable, the corresponding C > modules have not been compiled. This is because the C modules have not been compiled. This is only for the fitting of the R1 and R2 relaxation rates to the exponential curves. If you need this, instructions are given at https://mail.gna.org/public/relax-users/2008-08/msg00003.html.
