I'm quite surprised to hear that from a downstream. I think as a downstream you should be aware of the steps currently undertaken by the KDE community to improve the situation. And many of these steps have been discussed also on this mailinglist - e.g. using Jenkins to generate and build the tarballs. I'm quite sure our sysadmins would appreciate help from an experienced downstream developer :-)
Given the current efforts on QA, I find your comment not helpful - neither for KDE, nor for you as a downstream. As Albert already pointed out this is a "we" and we should work together and not against each other. Cheers Martin Gräßlin
