Not that issue specifically but I did have one client that was showing up as blue and I could send a unix command however clicking on the Control and Observe button did nothing. I deleted the client and re-added it, and that fixed it.

The copy, install, and unix menu buttons are constantly greyed out no matter what you try to do. In other words, they do not function properly. Anyone else having this issue. I have upgraded all my computers to the most updated version of ARD. Does that resolve it? I’ve seen this resolve it for me on some clients. Almost all clients report “Access Denied” or “Offline” with a few exceptions - ARD Kickstart via CLI does not help... I have thus far tried just about all of the workarounds findable via Google, does anyone have any insight on how to resolve this short of downgrading all the clients and the server? thanks, Andrew Andrew Brouse System Administrator NeuroRx Research 3575, av. du Parc #5322 Montréal, QC, H2X 3P9 Canada t: +1-514-906-3909 x333 e: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> _______________________________________________ Do not post admin requests to the list.
