*Application Developer Siebel / CRM* Location: Houston, TX Duration: 5 months Start: ASAP **Skills and Roles are listed in the Job Description** Job Title: Application Developer Project Description Siebel / CRM expert required to make configuration changes in Siebel 7.0 to allow phone calls to be auto-answered instead of manually answered. As part of a multi-site implementation, calls destined for the second site appear as a transfer instead of an incoming call. The current set-up requires that transfers be answered manually, and the agent must select a button on the phone to answer. In order to make calls destined for the second site appear as an incoming call, a variable will be tagged into the Genesys (call routing software) strategy, and Siebel will need to read this variable to determine if the call should be auto-answered (incoming) or considered as a transfer. Testing of the system once implemented is also required.
