If you ever swept one of the Com-Spec filters, you wouldn't use one. If you need to only eliminate one PL frequency, I would recommend a NC-109-C from Norcomm. It has 2 multi-turn pots, and seems to be stable. I setup one about a year ago, checked the tuning, it had not changed at all. Gives you about a -40db notch, 1 hz. wide. The repeat audio will only have a narrow notch, instead of losing everything below 350 hz.
The "C" version is not listed on the price list, but is available for a custom $10 additional charge. This works as well, without acting as a bandpass filter, so to have a full sounding repeat audio. Reminds me of a RCA repeater...
