I have a few of these boards (pictures on my webserver):

These boards we're installed in some VHF Mitrek's I have. I'd really like
to know what they are. I haven't been able to find any information on
them.
I also have a couple of Com-Spec "SD-1000 Two Tone Decoder" boards. If
someone has use for those you're welcome to them.
