It is CTCSS encode/decode...didn't you see my other post....that's what
the MN6520 chip is!

The tx and rx audio is routed through these boards, there's also power,
ptt and a couple more wires that I didn't follow. These boards could be
anything including scrambler/descrambler, ctcss encode/decode, etc that
processes audio. If they're ctcss I would actually have use for one or
two. But I would also need to find a schematic or datasheet for the chip
(MN6520).
