The MN6520 is a CTCSS decoder/encoder chip....Kenwood Used this chip in their 01 series LMR radios on their decoder boards. Looks like someone else's design of dip-switch programmable encode/decode ctcss board. By the way if they are designed right, those chips are very good and fast.
