The ARRL handbook has a comparision of performance as does the ARRL 
Anntena Book (see section 24-18).  For cost your on your own.  Free 
hardline exists.  Low cost coax usually performs like low cost coax. 
I have used all the "forbidden for repeater" types of coax with the 
expected results.  9913 works for a while. LMR works a bit longer. 
most hardlines work until they get H2O in them (normally a long 
time). So use cheap and struggle then replace it.  Sometimes cheap 
coax is a expedient while you find hardline and the connectors.
For what is worth!  Many of the curmudgeons on this group have 
learned the hard way.
