Sorry, I think I misunderstood your question. I thought you were wanting to 
disable or enable your repeater remotely, but with more careful reading it 
seems to me you want to build your own controller. Why not get a simple kit 
controller? again, look at hamtronics.com
They have a very simple controller kit for $40. And remember, you will probably 
want to have some way of automating an ID if you want the repeater to be "legal"
