I also put a White-Rodgers fixed setting temperature switch (3F01-111 which closes at 110F and opens at 90F), available from Grainger http://grainger.com, in parallel with the relay and in contact with the heat sink slab to keep the fan(s) running if the heat sink is still hot after the time-out period.
