I looked through DB, Sinclair, AS and Kathrein...  it was the only thing 
that came close.
Maybe the reason we don't recognize it, is it may have modified somewhere 
along the way...

Like I said "looks like"...  good eyes on the insulator...  it does look 
like Hy-Gain style insulator.
I found a FTP site the other day with everything Hy-Gain...  just don't 
remember the URL. I think it may have been their corporate site.
