It's definitely a commercial antenna. I am beginning to take notice of commercial towers built in the 60's and 70's and seeing more of these antennas. Some oil companies and HVAC places are still using them in spite of their rotten phasing harness... Just to clear it up if there was any doubt.. the element in my photo at: http://www.w4dex.com/ant.htm is just ONE of FOUR elements that were on a 22 foot tall mast pipe with a phasing harness.
