The 8558B spectrum analyzer plug in would be an excellent choice. You can use it to measure over the air signal levels, check transmitter purity, look for interference, etc. You would also need the 8444A opt 059 tracking generator [external] to create a complete stimulus-response system for aligning filters, duplexers, etc. The system will have a dynamic range in excess of 90 dB. and cover from 0.5 to 1500 MHz.
