It's an elliptical filter, not sure how many poles, but I have a scan of the freq rolloff characteristics if you want to see that. I could make the boards and parts etc, available as a "kit" with the understanding that this is basically a board you stuff parts onto, it's not silk screened or anything like that, just "ham" type engineered, I don't do this stuff professionally.
