Why is it useless? Is there a problem with it either being deaf or maybe
it can't be heard? Those are technical issues that can be dealt with.
And yes, the trustee had the right to do what he did, and if the club
doesn't like it, all they can do is get a different trustee, if the club
owns the equipment. If the club doesn't own the equipment, they can get
their own equipment and put up a different repeater.
