Daron, I have never seen anything the was 1 inch on one side and 1/2 inch on the other. I have gotten angle iron both unfinished and galvanized at the hardware store. They have some without holes but only about 1/2 or 3/4 inch to each side. You could drill your own holes where needed. They also had some with 1 1/2 inch sides with holes stamped in them every 1/2 inch or so. Al
