If you mean the PPL6060, the answer is yes. My club got five well-used
PPL6060 radios, and all of them tuned up just fine on 441.500 simplex,
using crystals ordered from ICM. On one radio, I had to exchange the 39
pF capacitor across the TX crystal for a 56 pF, but other than careful
tuning, that was all it took.
