If you are in the mood to make your own, here's how I did mine. I made one each, using N and UHF 90deg ells. That way I can easily add one inline no matter what kind of fittings are there. I took a BNC female and cut the solder cup short, short enough to not touch the inner conductor of the ell. This will be the test port. Drill a large enough hole in the ell to roughly accept the BNC. Eyeball the center conductor of the BNC to make sure there is significant clearance to the center conductor of the ell--maybe at least 1/16in, when it is eventually soldered to the shell. It is not at all a critical dimension.
I took a lot of words to describe a very simple device. The isolation value can be determined after construction is complete. I've used both of mine for many years with good results.... Have fun!
