Unfortunatley I haven't heard of that card before, so I can't help
you there. The DC remote card I'm familiar with is the RTB 54 series.
I know there was a tone remote card but I never saw one.

There was an extender card made for them, but they were a pain
since it didn't really hold the card in place. I found that if you
wanted to repair or fully tune the rx or tx module, put the module on
the bench, hook up power, (+ on top pin, - on chassis) for the rx
module (can never remember spkr out pin) probe with a scope and look
for audio (with sq pot fully ccw) and hook up spkr.(other side to
gnd) For the tx module, use the mike plug for ptt control and audio
in. Rx sens is very good, 0.35uv for 20db SINAD (or better) and power
out (tx module) should be 4 watts.
There is a xtal heater in the modules. Look carefully at the
components for signs of damage. I've seen a few "brown" xtals.
I've worked on these repeaters and their predecessors "WR" when I
worked at a radio shop a number of years ago. They were a good rptr,
but had their quirks!
I don't have much in the way of documentation, so I'm going by
memory. You can e-mail me direct if you want.
