thanks Neil - and my mistake

 I am wanting to build one (or somethin similar to)
for the 146MHz area.

  With that in mind of buying a used one - do they
have an adjustable wide range? Or is it like the
others that have the fundamental crytal with some
components like a cap or inductor to fine adjust the
freq a few KHz to compenstate for things like temp?
