Yes, I have to agree. I have been doing business since with ICM since the late sixties - never had any problems.
One time, ICM didn't have the circuit diagram for a particular GE Mastr-Pro transmitter I needed a crystal for so, I fotocopied my manual diagram and parts list and sent it to them.
