Just picked  up 2 from a Traffic systems control company..
marine / aircraft grade aluminum (looks like stainless steel)
and price here varied from $75 to $400 depending on condition and
size. They told me that they get about $300 at the scrap yard for
them as scrap. 

They are great, but most are less than 18 in deep so watch as some
duplexers will need consideration. I opeted for a wider unit 30in so
that  I could work arounf it. Also they have filtered ventalation with
fans and a light fixture to see at nite. 

So that should give you an idea of what the going price and features
are like.
