Looks like the ARRL and RSGB don't communicate very well about band plans.
This is going to be interesting when the band opens up to Europe!
Conditions on 10FM to Japan, etc. are already open this season.

They should check out the 10M FM mailing list on yahoo.

Well, those are 10Khz off the normal pairs, but that may actually be 
worse. A 10Khz beat note will squelch a lot of FM receivers...
