I'm getting a bit tired of this...I don't believe for a second that the
FCC CAN, let alone would, pull the type-acceptence on a radio if no
rules have changed to make it's normal operation outside the rules.
There is no reason a 40W MastrII wouldn't be legit on GMRS, or an Micor,
or an MSF, etc.
