Jeff, Will the NHRC-4s currently in service be able to be upgraded? will
the new firmware be made available? i.e., should I wait for the new
version? I'm looking to purchase one in the next month or so.
Also, our group has used the CSI-800 controller with good results. I'm not
completely sure how it compares with others that have been mentioned. No
bells and whistles but it has an autopatch and they are reliable.
