Hi Eric,

I agree with you that the MTR's are super machines... but I was
wondering about something.  I had been told a while back that the VHF
machines wouldn't do 2 meters... something about the VCO's or some such
wouldn't lock, or maybe it was the PA that wouldn't do it.  Would you
share what you did (or what options your station has) to get the
MTR2000 to do 2 meters?  I'd love to know, in case one ever comes my
way... <wink>
