Probably best if the er41c is mounted in the GE Power Supply and Remote panel. This panel contains line amps for 600Ohm connection, plus AF amps for loudspeaker audio. All receivers, after de-emphasis should have very similar response. The frequencies below 300 hz should be removed in the channel guard filtering, and the standard de-emphasis should roll off above about 3000 hz. I used a wavetek audio sweeper to tailor the response of my receivers and got them as close as possible. Also, rf links will restrict the response a little bit, and you might have to fudge the settings on the voter a little bit to get proper activity.
