I think you may have got the wrong answer to the wrong question. TX RX makes band couplers for UHF and VHF rated about 1000w each port. That is what they call a "diplexer" Diplexer is not a term they have in their catalog... They come in UHF/VHF and UHF/800-900 .
The answer they gave sounds like they thought you wanted either a single duplexer or combiner.....They do not make a dual band duplexer or combiner per se.. at least not without several sub assemblies..... If you do in fact mean a 2 or more channel full duplex 1 antenna solution, simplest way that would take a UHF duplexer and a VHF duplexer and a band coupler. OR a UHF combiner assy , a VHF combiner assy and a band coupler....for more than 1 channel on each band, and quite more expensive....
